I am going to say something that will annoy every trainer selling you an ab programme.
The men I get flat stomachs for fastest never do a single sit-up.
They are professional cricketers, and half of them are lying on my table because they have just had surgery.
After an operation, a muscle shuts down. The brain stops sending it the signal. The player can strain as hard as he likes and nothing fires.
So we do not ask him to try harder. We put pads on his stomach and fire the muscle with an electrical pulse from outside.
Fifteen minutes. The muscle contracts, wakes up, and starts working on its own again. We have done this for decades. It is routine.
Here is the part nobody in my profession says out loud to the general public: the exact same muscle is switched off in almost every man over 35 who sits at a desk.
Not from surgery. From a chair.
And he has been told to fix it with crunches, which is the one thing that will never work.
Here is what actually happens when a muscle switches off.
After surgery, it is fast. The joint swells, the brain protects it, and within days the muscle stops responding. We see it on the machine. Player tries to contract, and the reading barely moves.
A desk does the identical thing over fifteen years.
The muscle I am talking about wraps around your middle underneath the abs you can see. Think of it as a belt. It is meant to stay switched on all day, holding your stomach in without you ever thinking about it.
Sit down, and the chair does its job for it. Your back is supported, your weight is held, and the belt is never called on. Do that eight hours a day for years and the brain stops sending the signal. Same as the surgery, just too slow to notice.
Now nothing is holding your stomach in. It sits out over your belt, whatever your weight, whatever you eat.
This is why the lean man in my clinic and the heavy man in my clinic often have the same complaint. The belt is off in both of them.
And when a muscle has stopped responding to the brain, no amount of effort reaches it. That is not motivation. That is the wiring.
Which is exactly why crunches have done nothing for you.
Let me take these one at a time, because you have probably tried all of them.
Sit-ups and crunches. These train the six-pack muscle on the surface, the one that bends you forward. Different muscle to the belt underneath.
Planks. Better. They do ask the belt to work. But a plank recruits it lightly, alongside every other muscle holding you up, and if the signal is already weak the stronger muscles take over and the belt coasts.
Weights and the gym. Squats and deadlifts brace your core hard. Useful. But bracing is not the same as switching a muscle back on.
Dieting. Strips fat off your face, arms and legs. Does nothing to a muscle that is not firing.
None of it is your fault. Every one of those was a reasonable thing to try. They just all share the same flaw.
They all need your brain to send a signal to a muscle that has stopped receiving it.
In my clinic, we solved that problem a long time ago. We stopped asking the brain.
If the brain will not send the signal, we send it ourselves.
Not a vibration, not heat. An actual contraction, the same one your brain produces when you flex.
It is called EMS. Electrical muscle stimulation. Pads on the skin send a small pulse straight into the muscle and it contracts.
Fire it enough times and the muscle wakes up. The pathway comes back, and it starts working on its own again.
The reason you have never had it is that it lived in clinics. Machine, appointment, physiotherapist, repeat.
That has changed.
Kairova FitPro is that therapy in a belt you wear yourself.
You strap it around your middle and get on with your day. It fires the deep core directly, the muscle sit-ups cannot reach and your brain has stopped calling. Fifteen minutes a day, which is the same protocol I would give you in my clinic.
I will be straight with you about what it is and is not. It is not a fat loss device. It will not give you abs by itself. What it does is wake up the muscle that holds your stomach flat, so your stomach stops pushing out.
For most men, that is the thing they actually wanted the whole time.
In clinical research on EMS training, men recorded up to a 58% increase in core strength and a sharp rise in endurance over eight weeks. EMS is FDA-cleared for toning and strengthening muscle.
I tell my patients the same thing, so I will tell you.
If you are doing it properly and feel nothing at all by week two, the intensity is too low. That is the most common mistake.
You are not the only man who has done everything right and got nothing back.
A course of EMS with me is about ₹1,500 a session, twice a week, and you would need six weeks of it. That is ₹18,000, plus getting yourself to the clinic and back twenty times. A full clinical course runs ₹40,000 to ₹60,000.
The belt is ₹2,499, once. About ₹83 a day for a month, then it is yours to keep.
I would rather you had it at home, honestly. The protocol only works if you actually do it, and nobody keeps coming to a clinic twice a week for a stomach.
If it does nothing for you, use it daily for 30 days and send it back. Every rupee refunded.
One last thing. Men come to me at 50 asking if it is too late. It is not. A muscle that has stopped firing does not care whether it has been off for five years or twenty five. It responds to the signal either way. That is the whole reason this works in rehabilitation, where we are waking up muscles far worse off than yours.
Yours has just been sitting in a chair.
One honest thing. These are made in limited batches, and at this price they sell out. When a batch is gone, the next is weeks away.
